This service is operated by a single individual for personal use with their own Google accounts. No other users are accepted.

Data accessed. With the account owner's consent, the service reads Gmail messages and metadata (gmail.readonly) and creates drafts (gmail.compose) only when the owner asks Claude to do so. It never sends email, deletes email or changes settings.

Storage. OAuth refresh tokens are stored only on the owner's own computer in a file readable by the owner alone. Email content is not stored; it is fetched on request and passed to the owner's Claude session.

Sharing. Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or model training by this service. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revocation. Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions or from the local account page, which also deletes the stored token.
